FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Once you’ve selected your perfect property, give us a call, shoot us an email or click the Reserve Now link for the property to let us know which one you’ve chosen. We’ll create a purchase agreement for you to sign and return. Then, we’ll get the closing process started with a title company or attorney’s office. We make sure you are kept in the loop through each step of the buying process.

Do you own the properties you sell?

Absolutely! We own every property we sell, so rest assured you are dealing directly with the owner. No realtor commissions, assignments or hidden fees.

Are you licensed real estate agents?

No. While we do invest in real estate, we are not licensed agents.

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

We utilize third-party title companies and attorneys for all of our closings to make sure each side is protected in the transaction and all of the paperwork is in order. Title will be transferred to you via a Warranty Deed, which is the best type of deed you can get.

Should I visit my property before buying?

YES, we highly recommend you walk the property before buying. We also encourage you to check with the local zoning and planning department to make sure you can use the property as you are intending. While we do our best to provide as much information as we can about each property, it is up to you to confirm it will fit your needs.

Can you meet me at the property?

No, we do not physically show our properties. We will provide you with all the information you need to locate the property and as much information we have about boundaries and approximate property corners. You are welcome to walk the property on your own at your convenience.

Is the property free of liens?

Yes, we own each of the properties free and clear. We use title companies or attorneys to perform a title search on each property before we buy it. If a title company won’t insure the property, we won’t buy it.

Can I have my real estate agent call you?

Of course. We work with buyers’ agents all the time.
